## Challenge

Dr. Neacșu had to teach very difficult concepts to undergraduate and foreign students. She needed an interactive, engaging way to deliver the material so it would be understood. The COVID-19 pandemic, which closed libraries and universities, made this harder still for educators everywhere.

## Solution

Knolyx and its support team worked with Professor Neacșu to deliver the material interactively, helping students become familiar with it in advance and using visuals and graphics to present specific notions. Now Associate Professor of Legal Research Skills at Duquesne University School of Law, she continued to use the three lessons with undergraduate and foreign law students. Each time, students rated the lessons the most effective tool for the material.
