This Privacy Policy explains how Knolyx Tech SRL handles personal data of people who visit knolyx.com and use its forms. It covers the public website only. If you use the Knolyx learning platform, the Platform Privacy Policy and the GDPR Data Protection Notice apply to that use.
1. Who we are
Knolyx Tech SRL (“Knolyx”, “we”) is the controller of the personal data described here.

You do not have to give us personal data, but without your email we cannot answer a form. We do not sell personal data, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
3. Marketing emails
We send newsletters and offers only if you agree. Ticking the marketing box is optional when you ask for a demo, contact us or download a resource. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to office@knolyx.com.
4. Who receives your data
We use these service providers. They process data on our instructions under data processing terms, unless stated otherwise.

For Turnstile, Cloudflare also uses the signals as an independent controller to improve its bot detection; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Once a YouTube video plays, Google’s Privacy Policy applies to the player. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers above are based in the United States or may access data from there. Where that happens, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data (access)
- correct it (rectification)
- delete it (erasure)
- limit how we use it (restriction)
- send it to you or another company in a common format (portability)
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest (objection), and always for direct marketing
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before
Write to office@knolyx.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Security
The website runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a database that only authorised Knolyx staff can open, behind a separate login.
8. Children
The website is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will post any change on this page and update the effective date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you before it applies.
