Challenge
MMM Consulting needed to deliver effective programs through hybrid learning. They were looking for a collaborative platform to run a one-year program for two manufacturing companies with operations across Europe, including Romania.
Their approach: face-to-face courses at the client’s locations first, then continue on Knolyx, where they uploaded all materials and encouraged trainees to upload their own work and assignments, so the whole year-long program lived in one place.
Approach
We ran calls to understand their delivery approach and their clients’ needs, and which features fit best. A series of demos made sure the platform felt intuitive for participants and trainers, with our support team on hand for registration and setup.
Because they asked for collaboration, we introduced communities of practice: trainees join a learning community, share information and ask questions to advisors, mentors and trainers. Administrators learned to add employees, upload and structure materials and run live sessions. Knolyx became the learning repository for the one-year programs, and communities of practice gave them the collaborative environment they wanted.
Results
Three years on, MMM Consulting uses Knolyx both as a client, for its own delivery, and as a reseller to its clients. Madi Rădulescu, Managing Partner, calls Knolyx a “collaborative platform, easy to use, easy to integrate trainees’ contributions as well, not only ours, being an easy way to test their connection to the program because it has all sorts of tracking opportunities and actions”, and “a place that incorporates all our work with such a client during one year, being a good place to work.”
